A handpicked group of women asked for a series of workshops to tide them over until our March class starts. All of the participants deal with high levels of stress, clenched shoulder & neck muscles, and pain.
With the New Year, they wanted a series of workshops that went beyond showing an approach to "fixing" their physical issues, and moved into the fuller potential of transformation, which is at the heart of the Feldenkrais Method.
The workshop series will teach you how to:
help your physical self move with more flexibility & ease
keep your brain as vital as possible
create a quiet space within yourself for relaxation & renewal
make Feldenkrais a part of your daily life
Along the way, you will learn how to decrease your stress, clenched shoulders & neck, and pain.
In this intensive, yet gentle, series of workshops, you will also learn several 5-minute to 15-minute shorter lessons that you can easily do during breaks at work or home.
We hope this workshop series is a springboard for a regular engagement of the Feldenkrais Method through more workshops, or classes and private sessions. Package of three workshop series is price of $180.
