​I am thrilled to offer this workshop:
Because the Feldenkrais Method (FM) has made such a huge impact in my own life.  After experiencing an incomplete spinal cord injury at 29, I was told I'd never walk again.  Shortly thereafter, I discovered the method that would transform my life, and along with quality medical care, helped me learn to walk and live again.  This took years of commitment.  

Five years ago, I got hit with a paralyzing autoimmune disorder, Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy.  I know--REALLY--paralysis again! ?!

This time I had 25 years of experience with the FM.  Helping myself and helping others.  Besides learning to walk again for the second time, I'm able to use what I know to get significant relief from back, neck, and shoulder pain, as well as the stress that comes with a chronic disorder.  I have a powerful ally in my body that's learned how to generate more flexibility, comfort, and ease.  In particular, the FM has given me control over my life again.
