Breathing Gratitude Audio Lessons
Audio recordings of the ATM movement lessons taught in the December 2017 Breathing Gratitude class.* You will get the benefits of the class in the comfort of your own home. Even do the lessons in your pajamas if you want! This series includes the three regular length ATM lessons (about 45-60 minutes each) taught in the class, along with three shorter (about 5-10 minutes) lessons that can easily be done during a break at work, or at home. You will also be given variations and suggestions on how to individualize them.
While it is best to remain connected to the Feldenkrais process through regular classes, workshops, and/or private sessions, recorded lessons done regularly can be a huge benefit. Do them to maintain what you’ve learned already. Do them to regain your flexibility and ease of movement when you’ve over-exerted yourself doing a hobby that you love. (If the recorded lessons don’t help you to improve, we urge you to schedule a private session and/or to do a class or workshop series.)
Be sure to mix up the recorded lessons you do. In other words, don’t do the same lesson over and over again. We will be adding more recordings in the coming months, as well as a digital download option. For now, you will receive a complete CD set. Free shipping.

This holiday season can be different by taking these three weekly classes. You will learn how to use your breathing as a powerful tool to balance your body, mind, and spirit. This will be the context for learning how you can create a habit of genuine gratitude. Unclench yourself this holiday season, and enjoy them more. Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
