Back by popular demand, our Workshops & Wine series will focus on "Listening to Our Bodies.".
Both in the sense of not ignoring what our bodies are telling us about taking care of ourselves AND in the sense of learning the skills to listen to our bodies.
My vision is that "Listening to Our Bodies" will have a monthly workshop throughout the year. Nine in total. Mapping our entire body.
Each workshop we will be focusing on a particular area of our bodies. You who have taken Feldenkrais know that even while we might focus on our feet, we are simultaneously "working on" our entire body. Connecting our different parts into an flexible, integrated whole new you.
